The employees are nice and helpful.. Clean store.. My family personally spends 25% of our grocery allowance here and we rarely have any problems. Service desk is very helpful. They also have a nice little gifts and flowers area right as you walk in and the prices are average....

We have been shopping at this store for 10 years, we also buy bulk products from the meat department for our business. The butcher staff is totally top notch! I have always had a personal butcher for my personal consumption in the past, just call and ask for the meat/butcher department tell them what you want and when, they make it happen! Nothing but fantastic service in the whole store!

Updated 6/8/17...(2nd time in a row we bought lunch meat from this store and it is way past the expiration date! I guess from now on when going to the store I will check the date on every single item since they can't do it themselves.

Love the Piggly Wiggly. Its nice and small, plus I can find everything I need too. I would go shop at the Piggly Wiggly again :)

I literally have an issue almost every time I shop here. Whether it be an issue with them not accepting a coupon, overcharging me, mismarked or even unmarked pricing. You name it, it's happened to me and others I know in the community. The only good thing is when they mark down meat because no one is buying it so they have to discount it before it expires. I don't know one person that does actual grocery shopping here under the age of 50 and not on Foodstamps. The customer service is horrible on that note. I run into this store here and there for a few items. Today I stopped in for 40 cookies for my sons class Christmas party. My card came back declined... which before I catch flack for that, I already called the bank and fixed this morning. My husband was Christmas shopping last night so they froze the cards over a large purchase that was made. (On a side note, I can't wait to find out what it is.) Anyways, I had one check left so I go to write a check instead and I'm told that I can't because it's a counter check. Now mind you I only have counter checks, I've used them on occasion here before and I have seen people in front of me in line run across the floor to the bank right there to grab a counter check, come back over and pay for their groceries. The counter check was also from the bank right here in town. I ask why I can't use a counter check and Im told because their system won't read it. Um what??? I explained how I know that is a line of BS since I've written checks here before from the same account using the same counter checks. The lady then goes on to explain to me that she isn't going to lose her job over breaking a policy. Now mind you , I worked here when I was nineTEEN. TEEN! This woman is like 60! She then proceeds to tell me she makes good money. I then explain that obviously there is a difference between what I think is good money versus hers. Dumbest conversation EVER! I didn't have my cell on me since I was just stopping quickly on the way to taking my kids to school so I had to use their phone to call a family member to run me up $20 for cookies that rang up at $8.99ea. instead of $3.49 that there was a sign for. (Same Cookies for $4.96 at WaImart) I lived in Elkhorn for years and shopped Frank's all the time. You would never know they are the same owners besides the name because the culture at each store is completely different. The customer service here was horrible when it was owned by the previous owners too and obviously that carried over. I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone and honestly I don't see them being in business too long in East Troy unless they match the culture they have built in Elkhorn. The lack of customer service, high prices, and over the top policies that block people from actually wanting to shop here are the problems that no one seems to want to fix in this store. I am all for supporting small businesses in the community but only when it is deserving. As a small business owner myself I value my customers, I cater to their needs, and listen to them. I have never once received any of that from this business. I also know many others who have voiced complaints and concerns only to be ignored. My mother talked to Frank himself one day over a coupon. He argued with her about why the coupon was not valid at HIS store even though it said valid at ALL Midwest Piggly Wiggly stores. She then asked him, "So it's basically your policy to screw the customer?" He replied, "Yep, I guess so." That conversation has always stuck in my head when shopping here and I hope it sticks in yours. I get that every business is about their bottom dollar but when you're in a small community you really need to learn how to pick your battles and policies that are ridiculous over coupons and payment methods. Go to Dollar General down the road, it's a lot cheaper, they are nicer, and they accept coupons without an argument every time you go to use one. If you need to do a lot of shopping it's worth your drive to Mukwonago for Aldi's or Walmart, even the Pick N Save in Mukwonago is better all around.

Great selection , more unusual items. Great meat department.
