It's just going downhill! They condensed the post office's and it is way past the expiration date!
I would also like to mention that ever since the Mukwonogo office merged with East Troy, the service has gone downhill. We used to have 2 long time employees that worked the office, one male and one female, who were always very professional and courteous. They are no longer working here but have been replaced by a mostly rude group of people that always seems to be changing. One lady in particular, the one who was conducting both live surveys, is abrasive and unpleasant on a regular basis. It is too bad as this used to be a nice post office to frequent. I would like to note that I am a very regular customer who comes in for face to face business on a weekly basis.
The customer at the front counter would not stop chit chatting and the postal worker did nothing to move the line along. Also, and much more irritating, was another postal worker standing 5 feet away by the door asking everyone who just got done at the counter to answer a satisfaction survey. This makes customers extremely uncomfortable, especially since the survey is being conducted within earshot of other customers as well as the postal worker we just encountered. If a live survey is necessary, the postal lady should be standing outside the main office door out by the lobby to conduct it. This is the second time this has happened while I was at this location and it makes me want to drive to the next post office which is 10 miles away just to avoid it.
